A complete documentation of your order shall include (if it's possible) :

• a duplicate of your invoice and a statement about it,

• cheques or rejected transfers and bank advices which are accompanying them,

• the debtors' personal data and all the informations about him,

• the contractual documents,

• all the correspondence carried out with the counterparty,

• a demand for payment,the judicial decision and bailiffs' acts,

After receiving this documentation, we will contact immediately with the debtor to verify the reason for the unsettled debt.

 

1)We analyze the debtor's behavior – if he is willing to pay ; if he

belongs to the register of debtors.

 

2)If we will detect any inconveniences,we will deliver the solutions in consultation with the client.

3)We find immediately the amicable solutions.If the payment is impossible immediately and the situation allows it,we propose a schedule to spread the payments on installments.

4)Judicial proceedings: in the absence of an amicable agreement and with your consent, we may initiate legal proceedings.

Our fees are calculated proportionally to the amounts recovered.
